Use a repeatable test instead of one creator's perfect run
Score early stability by asking when the package can clear a path without walking into enemies. Score scaling by checking whether later choices multiply the same engine rather than merely add another visual effect. Score boss coverage separately from wave clear, because a screen-filling build can still fail against one durable target. Finally, score input burden: an option that is excellent with precise mouse aim may be less consistent on touch or for a player managing close-range movement.
Character, weapon, rune and upgrade tier lists should not be added together as if every top row forms a legal build. A high-ranked character still needs a compatible firing pattern. A highly rated rune can be unnecessary after permanent progression is complete. An upgrade that saves a weak opening may be redundant in an established engine. The package receives the rank only when its parts solve different requirements without competing for the same scarce choices.
