Our recommendation

Use the Discord, wiki and Reddit ecosystem as a source map, not as a replacement for the current game. The client owns live passive, card, class, artifact and resource values. Apple and Google Play own mobile identity and version evidence; Steam owns the paid PC product and its update/community routes; Hexpion's website connects the official editions. Discord and Reddit can surface decks and bugs to test, but a user message does not make a code, tier, drop rate or platform promise official.

Keep enough context to reproduce advice

  • Label unresolved disagreement instead of forcing one answer from two different conditions.

Discord and Reddit

A useful lead can still be unofficial

The Ancient Gods Discord is a practical place to find current conversations, while Steam discussions are tied to the PC product. Reddit can reveal common questions and older strategies. None of those venues automatically grants official status to every member, spreadsheet or pinned message.

Before publishing a community code or tier, identify whether a clearly recognized Hexpion account issued it and whether the current client reproduces the result. Preserve the message date and platform. Deleted, edited or context-free screenshots remain unverified.

Maintenance

Review high-change pages more often

Character, class, artifact, code, event and tier pages can change with every mobile update. Platform identity and release dates are more stable. Give each record an appropriate review interval rather than changing the article date without rechecking the evidence.

Keep mobile and Steam entries separate. A mobile 1.22 artifact, 50+ roster claim or in-app currency cannot be copied into the paid PC database unless the Steam client or Hexpion PC notes confirm it. Unknown is a valid database value and safer than invented parity.
