Fast answer
The answer before the background
Use this Cafe Panic walkthrough as a repeatable progression method rather than a fabricated list of every current order. For each level: read the objective, identify new recipes, run once without scarce boosters, record the first queue failure, improve one machine or service action, and replay. Earn the required result before advancing to the next restaurant. Keep seasonal restaurants, Road to Fame, Food Truck, merge events and Live Cafe Duels separate from permanent campaign progress.
Restaurant entry
Build a baseline before spending
- Record the app version, restaurant, level number and displayed target.
- Practice each new recipe from base ingredient through machine and final garnish.
- List the active machines, preparation slots and current upgrade tiers.
- Complete one diagnostic attempt without a scarce booster when possible.
- Mark the first missed order, burned item, blocked hand or underperforming machine.
Failure tree
Route the next attempt by the observed loss
| Failure | Next test | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Cooking finishes too late | Prioritize that appliance or start it earlier | Upgrading every machine equally. |
| Wrong dishes accumulate | Reduce speculative preparation and rehearse assembly | Filling all slots before reading orders. |
| Customers leave during a combo | Serve the shortest safe order and rebuild | Protecting the chain at any cost. |
| Clean service still misses target | Check revenue, capacity, modifier and objective | Assuming faster tapping solves an economy gate. |
| Event route stalls | Read event-specific rules and expiry | Spending permanent resources without knowing what carries over. |
Progress record
Preserve what worked as the content changes
Save a compact row: platform, version, restaurant, level, objective, machine tiers, booster, attempt count and successful sequence. A walkthrough becomes maintainable when a later patch can be compared against that row rather than an undated paragraph.
Apple and Google currently expose different headline counts, and both continue adding regional restaurants and events. Do not renumber the whole progression from a promotional card. Distinguish permanent cafe order, temporary event order and randomized challenge order.
Advanced modes
Change the plan when the objective changes
Live Cafe Duels add an opponent and weekly reward context, so an offline campaign solution may not maximize competitive value. Food Truck's randomly generated levels reward adaptable recipe reading rather than memorizing one fixed sequence. Merge events have their own collection loop.
Enter each mode with a declared goal: permanent unlock, practice, event reward or ranking. Track which resources carry back to the main cafe before spending. When a mode disappears or changes, keep the old row as historical instead of presenting it as a current walkthrough step.
FAQ
Common questions
Is there one walkthrough for every version?
No. Restaurants, events, objectives and balance change, so retain platform and version with each route.
What should I do after failing a level?
Record the first queue or objective failure, change one implicated upgrade or action, and replay.
Should I use boosters immediately?
A baseline attempt usually reveals whether the booster addresses the actual constraint.
Are event levels part of the permanent restaurant order?
Treat seasonal, Food Truck, merge and Road to Fame content as separate unless the current client explicitly links the progression.
