Tier meanings

S means repeatable under the stated conditions

S-tier packages remain functional before a perfect fusion and cover the mode's main pressure. A-tier packages need one clear enabler or more demanding input. B-tier specialists can outperform both in a favorable scene or expert hands but are poor universal recommendations. Unranked means the version, ownership or evidence is not comparable—not that the hero is bad.

A pet or item should not inherit a hero tier. A famous item can be dead when its condition never triggers. Power of Six Realms can reinforce one playstyle while another hero wants a different effect. Separate tables preserve those dependencies and make updates auditable.
