Reward codes for the game are redeemed through Redtail's official web portal using a Game ID, a rewards code and the page verification challenge. The portal confirms that each reward code can be used once per account, but it does not publish a current active-code catalog. No code is therefore labelled active here unless a first-party Redtail or in-game announcement supplies it and a clean account test records the date, region and result. Never enter an Apple, Google or payment password into a code page.

Use the Game ID workflow safely
- Open Slime Castle and copy the Game ID from Personal Info; do not type an email password or store password.
- Navigate directly to gift.redtailgame.com and confirm HTTPS and the exact domain before entering the ID.
- Paste one reward code, complete the visual verification and confirm the displayed Game ID before submission.
- Return to the game and record the inbox, balance or item change instead of assuming the web success message delivered the reward.
- Keep a screenshot with code, source, date, app version and region while hiding the full Game ID from public posts.

How a code earns an Active label
A candidate must have a traceable source and a clean redemption result. We store the exact spelling, capitalization, announcement URL, discovery date, tested platform, app version, region, reward and expiry wording. A code that worked for one account is not automatically permanent or global.
Failed candidates are not silently recycled. Invalid, expired, already-used and region-restricted results are different states. When the portal returns a generic error, retest the Game ID and spelling once, then leave the candidate unverified rather than changing characters until something submits.
Fraud check
A reward code should not require account credentials
The official portal asks for the in-game ID, reward code and a visual verification value. A page that asks for an Apple ID password, Google password, payment card, remote-access session, APK installation or endless survey is not following that flow.
The official portal also does not promise arbitrary balance editing. If a page describes a generator rather than a specific reward code, use the unlimited-claims guide. If a legitimate redemption is missing, contact the support address shown in the store listing with the redacted Game ID, receipt or screenshots—not a password.
