Offline status
Single-player does not automatically mean guaranteed offline
Steam and Google Play describe Inotia 4 as single-player. That tells us the core game is not designed as a competitive multiplayer service; it does not promise that installation, account checks, cloud saves, purchases, or every launch will work without a connection.

- Reconnect before using cloud save, store purchases, or any account-linked recovery feature.

What we can—and cannot—verify about moving progress
Steam lists Steam Cloud, which can protect progress inside the Steam ecosystem. We did not find an official promise that an old Android or iOS save can be moved into the Steam release, so do not uninstall the original game or overwrite its data based on a third-party migration tutorial.
