Patch 1.3.2.0 is the newest original-game patch surfaced in the checked official announcement list. That wording is intentionally narrower than claiming it is eternally final. Steam branches, depot changes or a later unindexed hotfix could exist, so compare the local version and current official news before diagnosing a mismatch.
The developer called Rogue Tower Forever the final planned major update, not the deletion of every future maintenance possibility.
